A grove of systems. Rooted in training, grown across continents, and built to last.
I'm Tyler Granlund, an IT operations & systems engineer in Bella Vista, Arkansas. I build the systems and teams that make work less stressful and home lives better.
Career arc
- Apple. Led Mac and Mobile technician training in South Chicago. Learned the 1-to-many support philosophy that still drives how I build.
- School of Rock. Primary IT support pillar for master franchise launches across 14 countries. Built merchant processing integrations that did not previously exist.
- Outdoor Cap. Built the Compass B2B wholesale platform. Became Adobe Commerce's first customer advocate.
- North 40 Outfitters. Migrated 14 brick-and-mortar stores to Adobe Commerce Cloud.
- Head to Toe Brands. Systems engineering across 200+ locations for a five-brand franchise portfolio.
The through-line
Franchising, wholesale, or retail. The thread never changes.
- Understand what the customer needs.
- Build the systems to support it.
- Remove the obstacles that make work harder.
Six trails through the grove.
